Description
Tanned skin with long red hair, pointy ears, and a slim elven build hiding a surprising strength. Born and raised in the Australian Outback. She continues to maintain contact with her Parents. While they don't approve of her biomod, they don't care about wavium use itself.

Clothing and items
Clothing - Changes, drifting from more modern with steampunk touches to steampunk mixed with D&D fantasy. Normal dress, tends to fall in between the two extremes. Always has a top hat and brass goggles with her.
Tophat of Holding - A black soft leather top hat held together with brown leather stitching. Contains a inner hat band that holds a number of tools. Often Van stores her goggles on magnets hidden in the external hat band.
Lightening Rapier - A rather steampunk looking sword patterned after a rapier, electricity crackles along the blade when active. Discharging upon striking a target. Effects similar to a taser, power supply in a large pummel.
Lightening Wrench - Smaller and blunter take on the rapier. Both a tool and used as a off-hand with the rapier.
Light Crossbow - Simple small wooden crossbow craved and inlaid with gold leaf. It's the 'Artificer Special' bolts you have to watch out for.
