Actual sizes aren't available in the Source Material I've found, but given their appearence they're smaller than the average car for the most part but taller due to the abdomen. A bit of fussing around with a tape measure gives me an aproximate size of about 2m long by 1.5m wide by 1.9m tall. The pilot is reasonably comforatable in the abdomen (shock padding) and has enough room to move around a bit.
