Kotono Ito was part of the new wave of Fen coming to orbit after 2014, settling in Kandor city where she worked at the Green Street Gym, training as an exercise instructor while there. As part of her training, she took a Super's Field Medic's course. She also showed a unique aptitude for Zero-G and took up stardancing as a hobby. After years of practice, she planned to turn professional in 2020, but broke her ankle in a bad fall, missing the qualifications for Jeanne's Dance.

Soon after, Kotono moved to 77 Frigga, taking a job as Survival Shot. She's responsible for the physical side of things, for ensuring that patrons are in decent physical shape, go through proper warmups and cooldowns, and for handling any injuries that occur.

She's just about the only decent cook on the Asteroid, and loves the local style^[1]. She's also a total neat freak.

Kotono prefers to be around people, and dislikes the solitude on Frigga. She voiciferously opposes the death penalty. Having spent most of her recent life on Kandor, she has ties to the JLI and actively keeps her qualifications current. She's certain that SHIELD are aware of her current activities^[2], and privately worries about what will happen should they decide to get involved. She tries to stand up for her own ideas of justice, and sees the Knight Sabers as a valid outlet for it, especially after some of the missions they've pulled off.

She will try most things at least once, even if only to discover she never wants to do them again, and is aiming to stardance professionally.

Knight Sabers

Kotono is the Green Saber.

While she was recovering Jet Jaguar in the guise of Sylia Stingray approached her with a unique offer. She found the prospect exciting at first, and has brought her own unique capabilities to the group. Originally in it only for the thrill of taking a hardsuit through a gymnastic routine in zero-g while bullets fly, she found that she was also doing quite a bit of good. Despite some of the inane missions they get hired for.

She also likes her monthly pay, and always has an eye on the bottom line.

Mundane Attributes

Active heart: Kotono loves physical exercise. She loves the 'Runners high', the feeling of being out and doing something rather than sitting and waiting in an office.

Airway, breathing...: Decent medic. Usually capable of making sure someone makes it to a qualified doctor, at least as well as handling minor injuries herself.

Dirt destroyer: Always keeps her quarters clean and neat, almost to the point of obsession.

Needs a little salt: The only decent cook on Frigga.

Dancing among the stars: Skilled Zero-G gymnast, and capable of translating those skills to a hardsuit.

Quirks

I'm not small, I'm slim: Rather sensitive about her figure....it's a berserk button for her.

Let's be friends...: Unable to commit to deeper relationships with people. She just can't find the right person.

Appearance

Athletic. tall, with long legs and a tight figure^[3]. Hazel eyed and Dark haired, has to forever tie it back.
